CEA specializes in all aspects of educational facilities. We have provided Mechanical design ranging from small minor renovations to new construction in the 10's of millions in value. We have worked for 21 school districts, and many universities, throughout the state of Florida. CEA currently has Continuing Mechanical and Plumbing Contracts with Hillsborough County Schools, Hernando County Schools, and Pinellas County Schools.

CEA has provided Mechanical design services for many types of commercial projects: restaurants, retail stores, automobile dealerships, grocery stores, manufacturing facilities, and even a tree house, just to name a few.
SNF & ALF are one of CEA's specialties. We have provided Mechanical design services for both renovations and new construction in facilities on both coasts of Florida.
Florida is home to many large corporations, and CEA has provided Mechanical design services for warehouses and distribution centers for quite a few of them.

CEA has Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Continuing Contracts with the The City of Tampa and The City of St. Petersburg. We are also part of a continuing contract team for the United States Postal Service, Pinellas County Government, Port of Tampa Bay, and MacDill Air Force Base.
CEA provided mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection for this new construction convent and chapel which will be completed by the end of 2020.
